Does anyone know where I can download an .iso of Fedora 28? Or have
one I can borrow? I have tried the Fedora site (several times) and can
only manage to download about 72 mgb of the file. I have no idea what
the problem is.
I need to install on top of windoze on a new laptop.

Every time you stop a school, you will have to build a jail. What you
gain at one end you lose at the other. It's like feeding a dog on his
own tail. It won't fatten the dog.

Yeah. And with Fedora, give it a week or two for the next round of bug
fixes. The beta is usually pretty good but the full release hits LOTS
of different hardware and they work like mad to squash those bugs in
the first two weeks or so.
Oops. My bad. I did not realize it was just out today. I can wait
a
week or so to wipe Windoze off the new laptop.

I find the GA-Tech site to be fast, but always give it a few days to get the
latest releases. It doesn't have 28 as of 5pm ET.
