A first working draft proposal for the next version of C clarifies and
refines existing features, rather than adding new ones

Nice. While I never found C my "joy" language I do circle back to
re-learning it every so often. Unfortunately for me, few of my work
roles have allowed much development time until now. C is one of the team
options so I may get back into it.
